Jerry, my service technician, came right on time and was very helpful when inspecting and running diagnostics on my unit. My system is pretty old, and he gave me some tips and things to watch out for. He replaced the capacitor and I was originally charged $301. This seemed pretty steep to me for a $65 part, and it took him all of 10 minutes to replace. I called the office afterwards and spoke to Janelle who explained to me the flat fee structure. Despite the fact that I agreed to the price and signed with Jerry, Janelle was courteous, professional, and gave me a nice discount. This was very much appreciated, and I look forward to doing business with them again.
